We were honored to be invited to attend the World Pasta Day event organized by the Italian Trade Agency in cooperation with the Italian Food Union and the Federation of Italian Chefs. The 24th edition of the World Pasta Day was celebrated in Dubai for the first time, with Dubai being one of the world culinary capitals chosen this year to draw attention to the merits and benefits of pasta, its great taste, healthfulness, and the convenience of its simplicity for people everywhere.
The event was held at the prestigious Capital Club in DIFC where we have tested 5 innovative pasta recipes conceived by Chef Luca Cabrini and learned about the latest trends about pasta.
